Ukrainian-born American actress and model Milla Jovovich is an entertainment industry phenomenon. In addition to starring in films such as The Fifth Element and Resident Evil, Jovovich is a revered fashion icon and designer, and has also made a name for herself as a gifted vocalist and musician. She can next be seen starring in the fact-based thriller The Fourth Kind and the John Curran-directed crime drama, Stone.

Milla Jovovich stars as Dr. Abigail “Abbey” Tyler in Olatunde Osunsanmi’s fact-based alien encounter-oriented thriller about a series of mysterious disappearances in Nome, Alaska. Out on DVD March 16 2010!

On August 22 2009, Milla Jovovich married longtime fiancé, Resident Evil writer-director Paul W.S. Anderson. The couple met on the set of the 2002 film; their first child, daughter Ever Gabo Anderson, was born November 3 2007. Milla Fan warmly congratulates the happy couple!

With Milla Jovovich currently filming in Toronto, we expect news on her to lessen for the time being, at least until the November premiere of The Fourth Kind. Instead, we’ll be updating the site with some more great and rare hi-res Milla Jovovich scans, as well as other new media in coming weeks. Today, we’re kicking things off with some super rare vintage hi-res scans of some of Milla’s earlier magazine features, including 1996 Italian Glamour and Arena (UK) 1997. Also, we now have hi-res scans of Milla’s amazing 2009 photo spreads in T Magazine (US) and Harper’s Bazaar (Ru) respectively, the latter much thanks to Mirik’s contribution.
