WHAT I’M WEARING NOW A Temperley dress that I just bought. Wolford tights and silver Manolo heels that are at least 10 years old. They’re kind of my favorite shoes. I wear them everywhere.
STYLE CREDO I’m very character-driven when it comes to getting dressed. I love clothes that make me feel something, that put me in a certain mood. Anything that has a dramatic flair, I’m into. And while I still have the body, I kind of want to show it off a bit — especially after having a baby. I’m like: “Look! I’m still hot.”
ON MY FALL WISH LIST I love Stella McCartney’s whole fall collection: the tight leather pants and loose wool coats that tie at the waist. I also love Isabel Marant’s silk Hammer pants, with the high boots. She gave me the boots, which are amazing, but I still need the pants. I’m also really into Erickson Beamon jewelry right now. It’s so beautiful.
RECENT PURCHASES I just went to Urban Zen and bought these thin cashmere long dresses that are kind of medieval. Comfort is key, but I don’t like to schlep around, so it’s great to have these beautiful knit things you can just throw on. I’m also an American Apparel junkie. I’m constantly in there, picking up random cotton stretchy things. It’s a miniskirt, it’s a shawl, it’s a hood! It’s pretty ideal in this economic climate.
CURRENT PROJECTS I’m presently the face of Donna Karan’s Cashmere Mist. And I’m about to start filming the fourth “Resident Evil,” which I’m also designing the costumes for, with Carmen Hawk. They’re sort of black, organic, ninja-looking things. They’re cool.
