As we reported last year, Milla Jovovich was photographed last December by renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh for the upcoming Ann Taylor Spring 2010 campaign. At the time and via Twitter, Milla took her fans for a quick tour around the set in a video clip she posted via her account @MillaJovovich.
Today, we have an update on the campaign as yesterday, StyleList.com published the first proper on-set photo of Milla modeling for the campaign, which you can now view at our gallery. More from StyleList.com:
That Ann Taylor is full of surprises. The formerly staid retailer is anything but boring since its repositioning last fall.
On the heels of supermodel Heidi Klum’s turn as star of the retailer’s holiday ads, model/actress/singer/designer Milla Jovovich has stepped in for the spring campaign. Jovovich was photographed by legendary fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh, wearing trench coats, dresses and blouses paired with tons of bling-y accessories.
Interestingly, Lindburgh considers Jovovich, more than any other model or woman he’s photographed, to be his muse. “When Milla comes in, you feel like something is going to happen,” he said of her last year. Indeed.
