Milla Jovovich has been voted 75th on After Ellen’s 2nd Annual Hot 100 list, beating by a hair her Resident Evil (2002) co-star Michelle Rodriguez, who placed 81st. This is Milla’s first appearance on the list. From AfterEllen.com:
Around this time each year, the various American men’s magazines release their lists of the hottest/most beautiful women, and every year, lesbian and bi women are left puzzled at many of the women they choose. So last year, we offered AfterEllen.com readers an opportunity to nominate the women you found most attractive, and the results were interesting — and decidedly different.
We opened up the poll for the second annual AfterEllen.com Hot 100 in early May, and received over 100,000 votes from lesbian and bisexual women around the world — again with different (and sometimes surprising) results.

The ever lovely Liz has once again sent in new Milla media. It would seem Milla is briefly featured in the June 2008 issue of Italian Vanity Fair, and Liz was kind enough to send in a stunning scan of it. The photograph was presumably taken on the day of her Dolce & Gabbana party appearance in Cannes; you’ll notice she is wearing the same dress and jewelry.
In other news, Milla’s official site recently posted some new and positively adorable photos of Milla and daughter Ever Gabo Anderson. Check them out at MillaJ.com!
Finally, look forward to more Milla media goodies these coming days, as .45 has (finally) reached DVD store shelves in my country. Stay tuned!

It has come to my attention that, while in Cannes, Milla was photographed for unknown issues of Premiere and Telerama magazines (both presumably French mags). Please stay on the lookout for these issues, and if anyone is able to send in some scans, it would be most appreciated; I would love to see any new photos in hi-res, as I’m sure others would, too. Thank you.
In other news, it would seem Milla has won the Spike TV “Guy’s Choice” Award for Fiercest Female for her Resident Evil work. In the category, Milla was up against Summer Glau of The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Congrats, Milla! The award show was held yesterday in Los Angeles - no word yet on whether Milla was there to attend it.
Milla Jovovich vs. Summer Glau
If you like it rough, these are the women for you. Go ahead… choose your favorite lethal lady.
Update: Since no new photos have surfaced, I think we are safe to assume Milla was not present at the Guy’s Choice Awards in L.A. (rather unsurprisingly, since she’s had a lot of other things going on this month anyway).

The votes are in - Milla has been chosen AskMen.com’s 90th Most Desirable Woman of 2008, beating by a hair her Resident Evil: Extinction co-star Ali Larter, who came in 92nd. Check out the full list at AskMen.com. Meanwhile, here’s what they had to say on our Milla:
From designing her own clothing line to kicking butt in Resident Evil: Extinction, Milla Jovovich was one busy lady in 2007. The multitasking supermodel even managed to squeeze having a baby into the mix, all while looking as flawless as ever. No doubt, watching her statuesque physique fight zombies in those tiny shorts helped Resident Evil: Extinction rake in more than $50 million at the box office, but it also helped earn her the No. 90 spot on our list.

Things are admittedly quiet with Milla at the moment, however, I do have a small news tidbit for you today. Entertainment Weekly has chosen Milla’s The Fifth Element (1997) character Leeloo as one of their Sexy Sci-Fi Aliens. From EW.com:
Everyone in this movie keeps referring to this red-headed nymph as ”the perfect being.” Now, she may seem about as smart as a box of hammers, but she definitely lives up to the hype on a physical level.
