It's the eve of the Resident Evil: Extinction Las Vegas world premiere! And there are news. Kicking things off with Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter's online fan interview for Moviefone Unscripted, which can now be found at AOL.com. Unfortunately the video is only available for U.S. citizens running Windows.
Furthermore, a new (though not very involving imho) interview with Milla about the film has surfaced at ReelzChannel, and some hi-res versions of new and existing photos have surfaced online, a preview for which can be found below. Enjoy!

IGN interview with Oded Fehr now online!
More Resident Evil: Extinction media coverage is surfacing online. :) The people at IGN.com have just posted an interview with Oded Fehr, who portrays Carlos Oliveira in the film, in which he discusses the film, working with Milla and the games. Click here to read the full article, you can find an extract below:
"Q: Who had more training, Milla or Oded?
FEHR: Milla ... yeah, no comparison whatsoever. Milla does very amazing things in this movie. I think the idea is Milla is a part of the experiment, and therefore Milla herself is a little more than human. Because of that, I would say that she has abilities that are a little more than human. As an actress, to portray that, she worked very very very very hard. She really does amazing things. I mean, I can tell you that I do martial arts and she does amazing things in this movie. I mean, it was amazing to watch while filming."

New 'Resident Evil: Extinction' interview online!
The people at iF Magazine have posted a brand new interview with Milla Jovovich regarding the upcoming Resident Evil: Extinction. The questions are a tad more interesting than usual, so it's worth a look. Below is an extract from the interview, click here to read it in full:
"iF: What do you think about the themes of the movies involving politics, genetic manipulation, and man playing God? How is it for you to do a film that has some intelligence behind the action? JOVOVICH: Well, this movie for sure captures the spirit of good people and shows that in spite of so many bad people there are a few still fighting for a better future and a better planet. We’re not trying to be too political but people can see whatever messages they want to see. For sure for me it’s more enjoyable to be part of a film that says something and isn’t just pure entertainment. But again, these types of films, the action/horror genre are mainly made to allow you to escape, to feel the rush. It’s not really a political platform with a specific moralistic tale. This one is about rising above and beyond the horror. It’s also about being protective with one another and that’s something so relevant in today’s world. We do need to help each other in order to survive. We can’t make it on our own, alone."
